You will be enveloped in the Tuscan architectural tradition, thanks to its 18th century Florentine terracotta floor and ceilings with ancient wooden beams. Just 900 meters walk from Piazza del Campo, the Casa del Girasole is close to art, history and the most typical Sienese Tuscan Italian gastronomy of the Renaissance era. Space Sunflower is designed to make you feel at home. The Florentine terracotta floor and the ancient wooden beams in the ceilings are details that will transport you to the past. 44 m2 full of hospitality and charm. - The living room is characterized by a soft, large and comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing after a long walk; on its right there is a wonderful Tuscan-style kitchen, equipped to comfortably cook any dish. For lovers of coffee or tea, we thought we would also provide you with a kettle and a coffee machine (with pods). In addition to these comforts, the free wi-fi connection and a 47" HD TV where you can enjoy your favorite Netflix series could not be missing. - The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen Size double bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with 3 compartments. - The bathroom is equipped with all essential services: toilet, bidet and latest generation sink, as well as a comfortable shower with a large jet of water. To complement all this, we provide our guests with a welcome kit and three soft terry towels. For those who need it, we offer a free washing machine service which you will always find inside the bathroom, next to the shower cabin. Space With multiple beds, Suite 35 is ideal for both young couples and families. You will live in an apartment where every detail is designed to offer you a perfect and relaxing stay. Upon your entrance, you will immediately find the ROOM with dining table, open kitchen and large screen Smart TV from which you can play your favorite films on Netflix. The KITCHEN is fully equipped to satisfy every culinary need. Oven, fridge, freezer, sink and stove as well as a kettle and a Lavazza coffee machine with pods for each guest to ensure you enjoy a delicious Italian coffee. The BATHROOM with shower cabin is fully equipped with a hairdryer, a set of soaps and shampoos as well as a set of three towels of different sizes for each guest. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable Queen Size bed on which you can enjoy a comfortable night's sleep and a versatile open wardrobe to organize your clothes. Going down to the lower floor via a SPIRAL STAIRCASE, we find a welcoming LIVING ROOM with a comfortable sofa bed from which you can comfortably watch your favorite series on the giant screen TV with integrated Netflix. From the ROOM you enter the bedroom where you will be welcomed by a comfortable single bed and multiple wardrobes. The SECOND BATHROOM is complete with a practical glass shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink. For each guest you will find a set of soft cotton towels and welcome kit that you can use during your stay. The use of the apartment is recommended especially for those who do not have mobility difficulties, given that the structure is spread over two floors connected by a not particularly large spiral staircase. Access for guests The apartment is easily reachable with a short walk (4 MIN) from the OTTAVIANO stop of the METRO A line of the underground, which you can also reach if you arrive by train at Rome Termini. If you arrive from Fiumicino, you can reach Termini Station with the Leonardo Express train and then take the Metro LINE A to the Ottaviano stop. By bus you can reach the apartment, if you are in Rome Termini, directly with line 492 (Volturno-Gaeta) stop Crescenzio/Risorgimento.
